1.Goals and objectives

Involving university teachers and staff in systematic classes physical culture and sports;

Propaganda healthy image life as an important means of physical and spiritual recovery of citizens of the Russian Federation;

Revealing best athletes to participate in city competitions as part of the university team;

Improving sportsmanship.

2. Competition management

The organization and conduct of competitions is entrusted to the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization of NVGU workers, the NVGU sports club.

To manage competitions, the following are created:

3. Competition participants

Participants are teachers and university staff who have passed a medical examination for admission to competitions. Sports attire, change of shoes required. All participants must have a compulsory health insurance policy.

4. Dates and venue

January 22, 2016 in the table tennis and aerobics hall on the fourth floor (room 408) in the NVGU building at address A, registration of participants at 14.00, start at 14.30.

5. Determination of winners

An unlimited number of athletes participate in the competition. Singles games are played in three games up to 11 points. The game is considered completed if one of the participants is the first to achieve 2 victories. Final games consist of 5 games and are played until 3 wins. Competitions are held separately among women and men. The specific competition system is determined depending on the number of participants.

6. Application procedure

Applications for participation in competitions table tennis(see Appendix 3) are submitted by trade unionists to the organizing committee before January 20 ( e- mail: profkom- nggu@ yandex. ru or 311 cab. Ch. building of NVGU, or according to). The draw will take place on the day of the competition.

7. Awards

All competition participants are given souvenirs.

Participants who took 1st, 2nd and 3rd places (men, women) are awarded diplomas and valuable prizes.

2. TIME AND PLACE OF THE COMPETITION

The competition is held in Belgorod on February 19, 2012. on the basis of Municipal Educational Institution Secondary School No. 31. The competition starts at 11 o'clock.

3. MANAGEMENT OF COMPETITIONS.

General guidance on the preparation and conduct of competitions is carried out panel of judges Municipal educational institution secondary school No. 31. The direct management of the competition is carried out by the main panel of judges.

4. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS

Students who have a doctor's clearance are allowed to participate in competitions. Uniform: shorts, dark T-shirt. Competitors who do not have uniforms are not allowed to compete.

5. COMPETITION SYSTEM

Competitions are held in the individual category using a round-robin system. The draw for participants is held on February 19, 2012 at Municipal Educational Institution Secondary School No. 31.

6.DETERMINATION OF COMPETITION WINNERS

The winners of the competition are determined in each age group participants among boys and girls the largest number points scored. In case of equal points between two participants, the winner is determined by a personal meeting.
