The operator has the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), extract, use, transfer (distribute, provide, access) personal data to third parties - educational institutions, territorial departments for the relevant districts of the main education administration of the city of Krasnoyarsk, the main education department of the administration of the city of Krasnoyarsk, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, other organizations and individuals responsible for organizing and conducting various stages of the All-Russian subject olympiads schoolchildren, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
With this statement, I authorize the following personal data of my child to be considered publicly available, including posting on the Internet: last name, first name, patronymic, class, school, result of school, municipal, regional, final stages of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren in the specified subject(s) Olympiad, as well as a scanned copy of his (her) Olympiad work in each general education subject at the school, municipal and regional (final) stage, if he (she) is recognized as a winner or prize-winner based on the results of these stages of the Olympiad.
The validity period of this agreement is unlimited. The processing of personal data is carried out by the operator in a mixed way.
I have been advised of my right to withdraw this consent at any time. The revocation is made upon my written application in the manner specified. I know that if the following information is excluded: “Last name, first name, patronymic, gender, date of birth, school, class, result of participation in the Olympiad,” the operator of the personal data base will not confirm the authenticity of the student’s diplomas or certificates.
Access to personal data processed by the operator is carried out in the manner prescribed by Art. 14, 20 of the Federal Law of 01.01.2001 “On Personal Data”.

I grant the Operator the right to carry out all actions (operations) with my child’s personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction (using automated tools and without the use of automation tools).
I also authorize the Operator to take photographs and videos of my child, and to use these photos, videos and informational video materials free of charge in internal and external communications related to the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. Photographs and videos may be copied, presented and made public or adapted for use in any media and in any way, in particular in booklets, videos, on the Internet, etc. provided that the photographs and videos taken do not harm the dignity or reputation of my child.
I am familiar with the Procedure for holding the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2013 N 1252 (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated March 17, 2015 N 249; Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated December 17, 2015 N 1488) .
The consent is valid from the date of signing until written withdrawal of consent, but not earlier than the end of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. If the results of participation do not pass from the school to the municipal and subsequent stages, the expiration date of the Consent is considered to be the publication of the results of the stage at which the participant completed his participation.
