The All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren is a mass annual event for working with gifted schoolchildren in the system of Russian education. This system covers 24 subject Olympiads for students of state, municipal and non-state educational organizations that implement educational programs of basic general and secondary general education.
The Olympiad is held during the academic year from September to May on time and includes four stages: school, municipal, regional and final. The final stage is carried out in the subjects Russian Federation selected on the basis of applications.
Winners and runners up final stage receive a diploma that gives the right to enter, if they have a certificate without exams, to any university of the Russian Federation in the profile of the Olympiad and are awarded a special prize of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The organizer of the Olympiad is the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, which approves the composition of the Central Organizing Committee and the composition of the Central Subject-Methodological Commissions.
Participation in the stages of the Olympiad is determined by the Procedure All-Russian Olympiad schoolchildren (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated November 18, 2013 No. 1252 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on January 21, 2014, registration No. 31060), as amended by orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated March 17, 2015 No. 249 and dated December 17, 2015 No. 1488.
The Olympiad is held throughout the Russian Federation in 24 general education subjects. There is no fee for participation in the Olympiad.

The organizer of the school stage is the local self-government body that manages education.
The school stage of the Olympiad is held for students of grades 5-11 in 24 general education subjects, as well as for grade 4 students in Russian language and mathematics.
Each student who wants to participate in this can take part in the school stage. intellectual competition and studying in one of the educational organizations of the municipality.
The parent (legal representative) of the student who has declared his participation in the Olympiad, at least 10 working days before the start of the school stage of the Olympiad, confirms in writing that he has read the Procedure and submits to the organizer of the school stage of the Olympiad consent to the publication of the Olympiad work of his minor child, including in the information and communication network "Internet" in the event that he becomes the winner or prize-winner of the stage of the Olympiad. When publishing the protocols of the jury and the works of the winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad on the Internet information and communication network, the following information about the student is indicated: surname and initials of the participant in the Olympiad, class; number of points; the subject of the Russian Federation.
The organizer of the school stage ensures the collection and storage of applications from parents ( legal representatives) students who have declared their participation in the Olympiad, about familiarization with the Procedure and consent to the publication of the Olympiad works of their minor children on the Internet.
Everyone who wishes to participate in the school stage of the Olympiad must be informed in advance by the organizer of the school stage about the venue and the procedure for participation in the school stage. Responsibility for providing students with the opportunity to participate in the school stage is borne by the heads of those educational organizations in which these students study.
If it is impossible to hold the school stage of the Olympiad in any educational organization, the organizer of the school stage is recommended to choose a site within the framework of the current organizational and technological model for holding the specified stage of the Olympiad in a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
At the school stage of the Olympiad, the participant of the Olympiad has the right to perform tasks for a higher class in relation to the one in which he is studying.
The quota for participation in the school stage of the Olympiad is not set.
Students of grades 7-11 take part in the municipal stage of the Olympiad.
Organizer municipal stage Olympiad is a local self-government body that manages education.
The organizer sets the number of participants in the municipal stage of the Olympiad for each general education subject. He also forms the lists of participants in this stage of the Olympiad, setting the number of points for each general education subject and class required to participate in this stage of the Olympiad.
Individual participation in the municipal stage of the Olympiad:
Participants of the school stage of the Olympiad held in this municipality in the current academic year, who completed tasks not lower than grade 7 and scored the number of points set by the organizer;
Winners and prize-winners of the municipal stage of the Olympiad of the previous academic year, continuing their education in organizations that carry out educational activities on educational programs of basic general and secondary general education.
Students of grades 9-11 participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad:
Participants of the municipal stage of the Olympiad of the current academic year who scored the required number of points set by the organizer regional stage Olympiads by subject and class;
Winners and prize-winners of the regional stage of the Olympiad of the previous academic year, continuing their education in organizations that carry out educational activities in educational programs of basic general and secondary general education;
Citizens of the Russian Federation, students of grades 9-11 of organizations that carry out educational activities in educational programs of basic general and secondary general education, located outside the territory of the Russian Federation, and foreign institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, which have specialized structural educational units in their structure.
To participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad, such students of the educational organization must be sent to the organizer of the regional stage of the Olympiad, i.e. to the state authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, which carries out state administration in the field of education, a letter indicating information about the students who will participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad. The subject of the Russian Federation is chosen independently by the foreign office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Regional stage organizers
The number of participants in the final stage of the Olympiad is established by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science at the suggestion of the Central Organizing Committee of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren.
Individual participation in the final stage of the Olympiad:
Participants of the regional stage of the Olympiad of the current academic year, who scored the number of points required for participation in the final stage of the Olympiad, established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia;
Winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the Olympiad of the previous academic year, continuing their education in organizations that carry out educational activities in educational programs of basic general and secondary general education.
In the event that in any subject of the Russian Federation not a single participant in the regional stage of the Olympiad scored the number of points established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia for participation in the final stage of the Olympiad, by decision of the organizer of the regional stage of the Olympiad of this subject of the Russian Federation, one participant of the regional stage of the current year's Olympiad, who scored the largest number points (but not less than 50% of the number of points established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia).
Students of grades 5-8 of educational organizations who are participants in the regional stage of the Olympiad and who have scored the number of points necessary to participate in the final stage are allowed to participate in the final stage of the Olympiad if at the previous stages of the Olympiad they performed at least 9th grade. This fact must be confirmed final results regional stage of the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation.

REGIONAL STUDENT OLYMPIAD 2019
Location
The venue for the Regional Olympiad for students will be the Vozdvizhenskoye park-hotel. Park-hotel "Vozdvizhenskoye" is a great opportunity to feel a new quality of rest. Members
Students are invited to the Olympiad who, as of December 31, 2019, have already turned 9 years old, but have not yet turned 18. Competitions are held for 2 age groups: 9-12 years old - the youngest, 13-17 years old - the eldest. Participants come to the Olympiad accompanied by group leaders - 1 leader for every 8 children. Adults are also invited as judges and guests.

Language of the Olympics
The official language of the Regional Student Olympiad is English.

Dear Colleagues!
Please plan your time of arrival in Moscow and departure from Moscow, taking into account the following information:
Judging of all works in the category "PHOTOS" will be held in absentia, before the start of the Olympiad. To do this, the work, drawn up in strict accordance with the requirements of the regulation, must be sent by courier service or personally transferred to the International School of Tomorrow.
Price
Registration fee:
from school - 13,000 rubles;
for small teams (up to 10 people) and remote regions (over 1500 km from Moscow) - 9000 rubles.
Participant payment: 18,000 rubles.
Group leader (based on 1 leader for 8 children):
Supervisor for the first eight children - FREE OF CHARGE
The second, third and subsequent leaders - 10,000 rubles.
Guest - 18,000 rubles.
Payment is due until January 25, 2020, with a later payment, the cost increases by 10%.
The cost of participation and the registration fee include payment for meals and accommodation for 6 days; the work of the organizing committee and the referee team, rental of premises, medals, prizes, gifts and certificates.
Transfer (from the building of the International School to Voronovo and back) and individual transfers are paid separately.
Application
To participate in the Olympiad, your school needs to submit an application for participation, after which the necessary registration forms will be sent to you.
